β 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Not marked as final sale
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
π How to Request a Return
It's simple β just follow these steps:
- Email us at asharashnar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
π° Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5β10 business days
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
π¦ Damaged or Wrong Items
Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect? We sincerely apologise! Please email us at asharashnar@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately β no return needed for damaged items.

β Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Pet food and treats (once opened)
- Grooming products (once used)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance

We serve customers worldwide and accept international returns. Please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
